My personal affection for architecture comes in moments of travel.
The sheer magnitude of a building can never truly be felt when staring at a picture.
Going to the same spot multiple times and getting different perspectives.
Of all things to capture, people are the most ephemeral and unpredictable. Maybe this is why capturing that moment is the most memorable.
Soccer at the beach
She calmly looked out as the train slowed down - and made sure all passengers got on the train safely.
A shared journey
Bicycling through Shinjuku
Just a short smoke break
Each person has something different going on in their life but in this moment, we’re all just waiting for the train.
Wherever I travel, I am always drawn to the places that when you stop and don’t move, the only thing you can hear is your breath. I try to capture the beauty of that moment without the distraction of people.
